      No profit sharing, not a lot of days off, underpaid, priorities change without warning, asked to work some weekends, expected to go above and beyond without any more financial compensation, required to be on-call

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
