Early career experience with 6-7 figure project budgets, managing a team of resources (typically contractors), travel (>= 40 weeks per year), salary and career growth potential.
Cons
Starting salary is not commensurate with the level of effort needed for the role (often > 60hours per week), travel leads to burn out quickly if not managed well, onboarding is often trial by fire (though there are 2 dedicated weeks to onboarding and is better than other companies I've worked for).
