      Shared office with 5 other people, constant noise and sitting next to a VERY noisy lab didn't help; no training, no direction, no communication, a manager I spoke to twice in 4 months,

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
