Pros
Long term projects with telco customers can provide some level of stability until they can replace you by a cheaper off-shore resource
Cons
Heavily political environment, the Israeli are at the very top and only the bootlickers become senior managers. Revenue is the one and ONLY mission. Everybody else work like horses. That creates a miserable environment, no motivation or purpose, just a paycheck.
