      Great pay and benefits, great professionals to work with, beautiful campus, learning opportunities available. Hard work within reasonable hours, allowing for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs, restructuring. No more opportunities for cross-departmental training.

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility and the summer and winter shutdown periods are a nice benefit. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      Management style can be controlling and micromanaging with expectations that shift without clear communication. Employees are held to high standards but not always given the support or clarity needed to meet them. Performance concerns are documented quickly without full context being considered. Culture does not match the company’s public image.
