Pros
Decent benefits including: summer and winter shutdown, 401K matching, onsite gym, flex scheduling IF your manager & HR approve.
Cons
The benefits keep dwindling. Administrative coordinators have little to no career growth despite level of competency or experience in other roles. Contingent on your manager/department OT isn't approved and/or paid. Also the AC role is seen as a role that doesn't 'qualify' for flexible scheduling
