Worked for 7 years and got exploited completely - Senior Business Systems Analyst Ampcus Employee Review

I worked for seven years and always was a revenue earner for the company through billing clients. They wanted me to accept a position outside of my expertise and so my references were messed up during interviews for billing clients. I had no choice but to accept the job and move on. After I was used and abused my salary was reduced by 25% and vacation days were reduced in order to create a situation in which I would resign on my own, so that no unemployment benefits would have to be paid. Several project failures were blamed on me and I ultimately resigned and left after giving 7 to 8 years of my life to thier growth. This company is nothing but false promises - I was promised commissions and but nothing came my way after the performance benchmark was reached. False promises and very low payment. No career enhancement opportunity. I dont recommend this company to anyone.
