Pros
Talented group of people who are willing to help out and come together to get the job done. Minimal amount of office politics and finger pointing when things go wrong. Culture and job posting system make it easy to try new things without having to leave the company to do so.
Cons
Too much old blood running the company. Many employees now are just going through the motions and have lost enthusiasm; depressed by a lack of corporate vision and guidance. Too high a premium is placed on design engineering.
