Will get a lot of learning if you are in slow growth analog domain. For digital domain there is not much scope.Analog product designs happen in bangalore office. You will get huge benefits if you are in mangements goid book. Company will make you purchase course materials and datasheet which can become waste of time for some and treasures for others. In digital design and verification domain there is not much work. You will have to depend more on analog counterparts.
Cons
Lesser pay and benefits than peers. Management is slow. Not much Stock option compared to peers. You will get bored easily. Currently not able to get good scholar engineers due to slow policies. Old technology stack and niche product market. Not much scope to learn technology in digital domain. Engineers are quite fixated with one view point and not much innovation or creativity.
