      You can move around within the company, for example, take an assignment in another country. The people are very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is fun. Depending on your job function, you can have the opportunity to travel around the world.

      Cons

      Same as any large corporation; things can move slowly, and employees are not always highly motivated.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
