      Certain groups within company are very cohesive and fun to work with...

      Cons

      Too many high level management, they only care about their own benefits and how much they get paid. Even though they say employee is company biggest asset, their actions do not reflect this. Company culture has changed so much, no longer a place one would want to work in.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
