Very hit and miss - Analyst Analytic Partners Employee Review

Be prepared to work long hours, very long hours at other times. There's a steep learning curve and you're expected to stay ahead of it. Most of the learning is self-taught or picking up nuggets of wisdom along the way. You have to get used to bending the truth, sometimes quite far. This isn't expected of you but it's commonplace and accepted, if not embraced.
