I read glassdoor reviews before entering this job, and because I was desperate I just ignored them. I made over $50,000 for the company due to my sales in 3 months with them. I got the fast start bonus, a measly $500, for making 6 sales within 6 weeks. Despite this, I was still let go because you are expected to perform at an extremely high level. Very little training that is wildly inaccurate to the functions of the role. They have two training groups of 30+ individuals every two weeks, and less than 90% make it through the 3 month training period. They cut off the 'training period' right before you receive benefits and unemployment (definitely intentional). They are scam artists making a living off of unemployed people and naive contractors. I am only grateful that it allowed some experience on my resume that got me a much better and more reputable job. Hard work will NOT pay off here. I'm not saying don't take the job if you really need it, but understand you are a number and a money-making machine to them. Good luck!
