Pros

If you can see the light in a rated R horror movie, then you might have a change seeing the light at this company.

Cons

This company is broken. There is chaos, disconnection, corruption, roadblocks, lies and traps everywhere - exacerbating anxiety, depression and public shame. This is just another "sales" focused company where the narcissists at the top are using the vulnerable fools at the bottom to clean up the BS that they created through con-art. There are sad cowards on a power trip running the show here. They're constantly aiming to keep you on a hook by keeping you "engaged with the product and process." If you make a sale - it's like a hit for a high in gambling or drugs - to make you feel like you're part of something great that will bring you a "tremendous amount" of money to fill the hole in your heart or eliminate the pain they found in you during the interview - all while simultaneously teaching you how to find the pain in others to "use against the prospect." Literally. This job blindfolded me and put me on a terrible roller coaster. If the internet fails, these people will not know how survive in 3D. They are classic passive aggressive covert narcissists that are living in a very delusional world they have manifested through an identity crisis. The recent customers (service professionals) and recent employees are the only real voice here as they hopefully see their way out of the corruption. I was tempted enough to try the ride - I hope my words save you some time if you are trying to decide on taking a job here. Bottom line is that this company is failing - there is not a firm base - in fact, the ground is non-existent here - even the "base pay" is just a way to get you in the door - a TRAP into a hellacious nightmare of an experience. The only way out is by realizing the Truth and simply leaving. I hit the stop button and decided to no longer comply. It will take some time to detox.

Pros

Angi is a well-run, organized company with processes that make sense and set you up to succeed from day one. Training is thorough, and management is genuinely supportive, always willing to jump in and help when you need it. Communication across the team is strong, and there's a real sense of a supportive culture, both from peers and leadership. Work life balance is strong.

Cons

Pros

It’s work from home. Two 15 minute breaks and an hour lunch.

Cons

They are a very dishonest company. The hype up the job but in reality what you’ll be doing is spending all day calling random numbers in which about 95% of those people either won’t answer the phone or if they do, you will be hung up on within like two seconds. Not to mention the Angie reputation is so bad. It’s actually notoriously bad that even if you are able to get someone on the phone for more than a couple of minutes they’ll still end up hanging up just because of how bad Angie is. In my opinion Angie is a dishonest company selling a dishonest service because most of the leads they sell are fake and most of the leads they give their employees to call are also fake and if you don’t make these outrageous sales numbers you’re fired it’s a reason why the employee benefits don’t kick in until three months in because they know 95% of the people they hire won’t still be working there in three months because they will not hit the sales quotas. The only good thing about this job is its work from home really. And the hot leads they say they have 95% are fake or just someone who looked at a spam email. It’s actually comical how deceptive this company is.
