      Pros

      Great place to start a career in insurance and to network. Resources are vast and secondments to other offices, sometimes in other countries, are usually granted. Education is usually covered, as expected, including foreign language courses.

      Cons

      Pay will only substantially increase when you work around the various broking houses.
