Working at Aon is like having an extended family. Great starting salaries, benefits, yearly raises, and great people to work with.
Cons
If an office is downsizing, you never know who is going to be laid off. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. It's difficult to know your job may be in jeopardy at any moment. Fortunately this does not happen often.
