      There are great benefits and career development. If you have a year of service and you want to move out of a department, you can. There are always job opertunities.

      Cons

      There is a high turnover rate, only been with the company for less than a year and have had 4 managers. No one really gets to know you.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
