Pros

Work remotely Great flexibility It doesnt matter type of bachelors degree you have, they will train you to do the job.

Cons

Poor pay Long hours and hard to receive OT pay if you work more than 8 hrs as non-exempt employee. You dont get paid based on the type of degree you have. Under appreciated.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
