      Incredible colleagues, great benefits, competitive salaries

      Cons

      Typically with large companies, there is some disconnect between departments that work together which can cause issues day-to-day. Aon is not immune to this, but it is largely not an issue

      Pros

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
