      Pros

      A very friendly atmosphere, and great people to work with. A cozy atmosphere I should say. The team management and structure is also good, and applying for leaves is not an issue.

      The technology used in some departments is quite out of date

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
