      Pros

      •Good respect to each others. Lot's of trainings and fun activities. •Good for people who are married as there is a fair work life balance. •Ment for people who don't want to work but get salary.

      Cons

      • Data Entry kinda job. No much to explore. • Max Malayalis in Investment Team (Finance) & hence, they hire Malayalis only most of the time. •Nothing exciting about the job, growth or hike as its low. No shift benefits. Fixed Salary even if you work extra hours.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
