Great Start, Terrible Finish - Anonymous employee Aon Employee Review

I have been with the company for a couple of years. I used to love it, and now I hate it. Management does nothing to help disgruntled employees leaving them virtually to fend for themselves. Though management knows what goes on behind their facade of "empowerment", they do anything but the latter. I am quite disappointed on how issues are dealt. Raises are slim to none.
