      Pros

      Great people, great training and knowledge sharing. Competitive salary all things accounted for. You get to work some of the largest matters in the news.

      Cons

      You can work a lot due to this being a consulting company. Management is generally good at being flexible after a case finishes though.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
