They eliminated several positions because they "don't have the budget", little raise, no promotion, but have $24B to bid a competitor? Run away if you are pursuing tech, analytics, or innovation because they don't care for growing smart and invest little in the trending technologies - they hire external consultants to do all the fun stuff
