      Pros

      Aon was a good place to work with friendly and dedicated team members. They offered opportunity to learn and grow and make larger contributions to the team.

      Cons

      There was some office politics as with any organization. Management could have been better aligned at the leadership level in the office I was in.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
