Teamwork is great. That's about it.
Cons
Everyone gets the same raise whether you do great or poor during the year. Promotions are given politically. Career opportunities are small with only one path forward. If you are looking for new opportunities, you have to figure it out yourself with poor and minimal resources. Management doesn't get involved (good and bad).
