Pros
consistent feedback and recognition for a job well done, consistent employee outreach, wanting employee feedback. They always are innovating the tools we need to easily access any information we need to better ourselves or be better acquainted with the company and it's values/mission
Cons
I cannot think of any cons at this point. Working virtually has it's pros and cons, but although we work virtually, we still remain extremely connected!
