      Pros

      The only good part about this job was my coworkers. The current manager is very knowledgable and genuinely wants to see everyone succeed.

      Cons

      You will probably never get hired, the majority of Consultants are contracted. I was told the only way one could secure a position would be if the company had confirmed contracts covering a two year time span.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
