Pros

It is ok. The pay was decent- depending on what the budget was for the contractors that year. Some of the trainers have favorites and don’t care for you if you’re reserved and just want to learn the job. A lot of the staff treat the contractors bad once you’re in the door, but there were also pretty good full time staff that was patient and willing to answer your questions.

Cons

The staff will do a massive lay off with no warning of the contractors, there were people there were who comes from all walks of life and they will sometimes pick on a quieter person or make fun of people. Very childish coworkers at times.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
