      Pros

      Aon has good leadership and brand recognition. It is a great place to learn the retail side, and they will make you a better broker.

      Cons

      The pay scale is all over the place. Some people doing less with the same title make significantly more. Difficult to get promoted.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
