      Pros

      Good people at the company who truly are invested in their jobs.

      Cons

      Overwork in IT. When anyone in the department leaves, the work is just distributed among the remaining people instead of looking to replace. This became a burden and I had no choice but to leave. They finally realized the err in their ways as it took 3 people to replace me.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
