      Pros

      Good intro to insurance booking and great access to Lloyd’s of London (was working there from my first day as a junior broker).

      Cons

      Bad pay and senior management do not care too much about junior employees. Very political and US employees are treated better/favoured more than the rest.

      Pros

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
