      -you will learn a lot -good benefits -office parties were great -good networking events

      Cons

      -pay not comparable to work and there was no opportunity for a bonus in my department -it's hard to understand how one moves up or laterally within the company.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
