      So many opportunities to work. Work Environment is good.

      Cons

      Sometimes It becomes very hectic as all the projects are assumed as critical and those project have to complete before the optimistic time limit and No onsite opportunities.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
