      Overall a good working environment. You can go to anyone within the company and ask for help and most people are willing to lend a helping hand

      The health benefits are below par. Also, some of the management systems AON uses seems like they are very out dated

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
