      There are no good reasons to work here

      Cons

      Incompetent managers that are abusive and take all the credit for your work. Poor pay. Disengaged staff so nothing gets done. Lack of any diversity and very old fashioned.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
