Almost everyone that I have trained or trained with has quit, even with no job to go to, just to get away from this toxic work environment where nothing you do is good enough, and everything that goes wrong is your fault, while everything that goes well is "thanks to management." I would recommend you message FORMER employees on LinkedIn for candid feedback on their experience here. Don't bother interviewing let alone applying for this job. There is so much turn over and people keep quitting. They don't care about quality here, just quantity. Close as many support tickets as you can, but don't take the time to do it right, otherwise you won't be able to close as many tickets! Management (at least in the Customer Care/Customer Support side) needs to just be completely redone. They underpay at pretty much every job in every department at AppFolio (from what other AppFolio employees have voiced in their own feedback upwards). Unless you are a white male, you probably won't fit in here.
