- Mo-Fr. 8-4:40 shifts - plenty of additional hours to take to add more salary - administrative support, chill contact center, only 3-4 calls per hour
Cons
- have to be multitasking (e-mail and phone at the same time) - micromanagement, very strick with time and breaks - a little bit stuck carrier wise working in apples contact center
