      Great training is provided, it is a great tight knit environment, as well as very positive and nurturing

      Cons

      The sales part of it can be a pain, and the the commission structure is pretty frustrating.

      There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities.

      Cons

      Recruiters actively use biased, coded language to gatekeep candidates. They lack basic professional standards, ghosted me for weeks, and minimized my professional history.
