      Pros

      Apple one provided an excellent opportunity for me to get my foot in the door and start a real career. They have been very friendly and accessible throughout the last 5 months. Any questions I had, they did their best to help me and I truely felt they had my best interests at heart.

      Cons

      The negotiation process was new to me and in my inexperience, I jumped at the first offer they had.

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities.

      Cons

      Recruiters actively use biased, coded language to gatekeep candidates. They lack basic professional standards, ghosted me for weeks, and minimized my professional history.
