Great training department. The Director of Talent Development has created a wealth of information and done a phenomenal job in relaying the information to employees out on the field.
Cons
Micromanaged, nepotism that is not held accountable by HR or report to mangers, disrespected within the branch in front of other coworkers, harassment by upper mgt, immoral and simply unethical in how they treat their employees who bring in revenue
