Pros
If you're young and motivated this would be a great stepping stone. You have a chance to make some good money at a young age.
Cons
Hardcore cold calls and quotas. Terrible upward mobility and upper management can't even write a complete sentence. Terrible role models in upper management. No incentive to go into management, you keep the same quota but make you manage and budget an entire office. Lots of out of pocket costs for benefits.
