No room to advance. Whatever position you're hired in, you're pretty much stuck in it. If a position opens up, they usually just pick and choose without posting. Support technicians have to deal with rude and disrespectful clients and nothing is said or done about it. It's very exhausting and the turnover is high. There seems to be different rules for different employees.
