Client first / Employee last - Trainer Applied Systems Employee Review

Very procedural. everything should be justified, and explained in a third party portal every week, sometimes every day. Most of time takes 2h per week to complete. Then it must get approved by several managers one by one, and then, of course, it gets rejected couple of times. It is almost endless ! Working hours are limitless Clients demands has always priority over the employees working conditions. Too much last minutes travel Waited 6 months to get my IP phone fixed. How ironical for a IT company !
