Pros
- Currently in growth mode and actively hiring in most departments. - Upper management have done a great job the past 3 years with growing the company and offering additional benefits, such as your birthday off and company events. - Acquisitions have created opportunities for new products and integrations. This offers employees additional career opportunities. - Excellent work/life balance. - Job security for employees that can do what they are hired to do.
Cons
- Compensation is not as high as other companies. That being said, if you are offered a position, don't settle just to get in the door. Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. - Cross team and departmental communication can be difficult at times.
