      Appspace has offered a great work-life balance, a willingness to embrace new ideas, and an environment that’s supportive without creating constant performance pressure.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges I’ve experienced at Appspace have been leadership inconsistency due to organizational changes and turnover at the upper-management level. At times, decision-making authority felt limited, which slows progress. There also needs to be more structured coaching and mentorship opportunities from senior high performers to help support continued growth and development.

      You work remotely and had unlimited pto

      Cons

      Management had no idea what they were doing. Half the time you had to train your boss on what to even do day to day.
