However, we are sorry to hear that your experience with leadership did not meet your expectations. We want our managers to be empowering resources for their teams, not a hurdle. Your advice to "listen to your workers" is well taken and we are actively working on expanding our internal feedback channels and leadership development programs to ensure our managers have the support and training they need to lead effectively. However, we take your comments regarding late night and early morning hours very seriously. While our global footprint requires some flexibility, working until 2:00 AM or starting at 7:00 AM should not be the standard expectation. We recognize that turnover creates additional pressure on those who stay, and we are actively working to break that cycle by improving our resource planning and recruitment speed.
