Igloo operates in a very competitive industry which requires us to adapt quickly in order to stay ahead of our competition and to maintain the fast pace of growth we continue to experience. You’ll find this in any technology company, and perhaps even more so at Igloo over the past year. During this time, every employee has had to evolve and adapt to this new, dynamic environment, and as a result, they have grown leaps and bounds both professionally and personally. This is an incredibly exciting time at Igloo and I understand that not everyone enjoys working in this type of environment. As the CEO of a leading tech company, tough decisions often have to be made to ensure the company and employees are positioned well for years to come and to best serve our customers.
