Pros
Clients aren't abused and definitely get the care they need, as long as the management cares enough to enforce it.
Cons
Management delegated almost all job duties to subordinates and makes us do their jobs for them, hired and promoted friends only, no communication between site workers and main office managers, resource management and lack of training occasionally borders on illegal, zero accountability so everyone abuses the system, quality of HR details (paycheck disbursement, etc) is abysmal. Don't ever be on call.
