Pros

Good technical engineers 401K is 100% match at start Clean office environment

Cons

Worst manager I've ever worked with throughout 14 years of engineering work- no engineering/personal skills whatsoever Unethical business practice by the manager Create bottlenecks- not let people know what is going on. Insecure, corrupt, and discriminatory A foreign born who unethically got where he is today and acts like a child and favors the ones he likes, kisses ass everyday to keep his position because he knows well he doesn't belong there- A general practice in the Third World as he still thinks and behaves that way. Unlike others who came here and made it to the top by merits. I became friends with some of them at the college; the ones with good families and background. Have u seen the movie SHAWSHANK Redemption by Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman? If not, please do and then you decide what you wanna do with your career. All of this may not be the case for other offices, but I can conclude that Arcadis has management problems big time.
